Do I need a lawyer for this matter?
I get asked this question a great deal of time, but my answer is generally the same: for the most part,
if you are asking this question you probably may in fact need legal representation. I should mention
however that as an attorney, I am biased and partial to professional legal representation.
How much will this cost?
That depends. There are many areas of law where the cost is predictable, and therefore flat-rate
pricing applies. This applies to many forms of estate planning and criminal law. Other areas such as
family law and civil litigation don't lend themselves to this type of pricing scheme, and are charged an
hourly rate.
Can I talk to a lawyer right now?
Maybe. One of the things this office is most proud of is our accessibility. Unless I am busy engaged in
another client's matter, I am available to our clients. I am usually available after hours by email, and
frequently am in contact with clients on nights and weekends. This office strives to ensure that no
client feels as though they are "stuck" and can't get any help. To that effect, we make every effort to
ensure that every communication is returned no later than 24 hours after receipt.
How do I schedule an appointment?
It's simple; just call one of the number listed below to schedule for an appointment. No referral
necessary!
